How It Works

3CX® is a cost-effective software-based Phone System that completely replaces traditional PBX solutions which require proprietary hardware and specialized services from the vendor. Built to run in a Microsoft Windows environment, 3CX® can be installed on a Virtual Machine (Hyper-V/VMWare) alongside other business applications or be deployed as an appliance (e.g. Patton SNBX).  The entire 3CX® phone system and its settings can be backed up, restored or relocated to another machine with very little effort.  Out-of-the-box, 3CX® offers a rich set of enterprise-level features generally only available at an additional fee or in more expensive solutions.
